Terms & conditions
These terms cover your use of the Onkagu connector and related film-creation tools.
1. Onkagu and your agent
Onkagu is an independent connector for AI agents. It is currently available through Muse; compatibility with other agent platforms may be added later. Onkagu is not operated by or affiliated with Muse. Your use of an agent platform is also subject to that platform’s terms.
2. Connecting an account and token use
Your agent may ask you to connect to Onkagu when a feature needs it. You decide whether to proceed. Tokens available in your agent account may be used for media generation, writing or developing an idea when needed, and requests sent to Onkagu servers. Onkagu works with free and paid Muse accounts and aims to minimize token use. You are responsible for checking your account’s daily token usage and any charges. Your agent platform may set its own token limits and usage rules.
3. Onkagu servers and information
Onkagu’s cinematic engine runs on Onkagu servers. Your agent sends the requests needed for a task, which may include ideas, prompts, and media-generation instructions, to those servers for processing. Onkagu processes your account information and the task details needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. Do not include personal or sensitive information in the materials you submit.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments made through Onkagu are processed by Stripe. If a film fails completely, Onkagu automatically issues a refund for that film.
5. Your instructions and materials
You are responsible for the instructions, files, and other materials you provide, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use them. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
6. Generated results
Film concepts, images, scripts, and other generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to results created for others. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. Any sample films, durations, or interface previews on this site are illustrative unless expressly identified as actual delivered work.
7. Availability and changes
Features and agent compatibility may change as Onkagu develops. We may update these terms when the service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
