Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, display name, and avatar. If you sign up via TikTok, we collect your TikTok username, display name, avatar, and email (with your permission).

Content: We process the audio files you upload and the AI-generated videos you create. This content is stored securely on our servers.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used, generation history) to improve our product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process AI video generation requests
• To communicate with you about your account and updates
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI model providers). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

When you choose to share generated videos to TikTok, the video is transferred to TikTok's servers in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You can manage your data through your account settings or by contacting us.

• Anthropic / DeepSeek — AI model providers (for scene generation)
• Banana Pro / Seedance — AI video generation
• TikTok — Social login and video sharing (with your consent)

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
