2. Description of Service

OnKagu is an AI-powered music video generation platform. Users can upload audio and generate cinematic music videos using artificial intelligence. The Service includes AI agents for creative direction, video generation, and promotional tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the audio and content you upload. OnKagu does not claim ownership over generated videos, but you grant us a license to process, store, and display content as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the audio and content you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnKagu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to generated content quality, service interruptions, or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
